Analysis: School Uniforms are mandatory, this is still early morning, two sets of kids are going to two different schools (presumably High School and Middle School), and the guy in stripes is probably a HS Grad walking his bro(s) to school - Just guessing.

A Bovine crossed the road, we waited. Herd being moved to pasture.
Secure compound, we never learned the purpose. This Yellow Flower became more common going uphill.
